1. Pre-Event Prep & Fresh Supplies

Before we even head to the beach, we are hard at work. We fill our specialized propane tanks to ensure your experience is completely clean-burning with zero smoke or ash. We pack up fresh s'mores kits, bottled water, and disposable roasting sticks. Finally, we thoroughly clean all the chairs and fire pits so they are ready for your arrival.

2. Scouting the Perfect Spot

Finding prime real estate on the sand takes strategy. We drive out hours ahead of time to claim a spot with a clear view, safely away from the shifting high-tide line. On busy weekends, this means our trucks are out there early just to secure your footprint on the shoreline before the beach packs out.📍 Finding us is simple: Once your spot is locked in, we will text you the exact location right before your experience begins so you can drive straight to us.

3. The Heavy Lifting & Setup

Once the spot is secure, we build your oasis. We unload our burn-ban safe, no-dig fire pits, safely lock in the gas connections, and carefully bury the lines so your fire pit looks as natural as possible. Then we arrange your seating, lay out the s'mores, waters, and disposable sticks so that the exact moment you step onto the sand, the fire is ready to light.
