By completing a reservation, guests agree to these Corpus Beach Fires Terms and Conditions.

Reservation & Payment

All bookings are subject to the standard Corpus Beach Fires Terms and Conditions. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event are non-refundable due to preparation, staffing, and reserved time slot commitments.
If Corpus Beach Fires is unable to provide the service due to weather, beach closures, safety concerns, permit restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled date (subject to availability).
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Guests understand that beach environments and outdoor fires involve inherent risk, including uneven terrain, changing weather, wind, surf, wildlife, and open flames. By participating, guests voluntarily accept these normal outdoor risks and agree to exercise reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.

Corpus Beach Fires strives to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of personal property, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions.

Safety

Guests agree to follow any safety instructions provided during the event. We reserve the right to modify, end, or cancel setup if conditions become unsafe due to weather, beach conditions, or other circumstances.

Agreement

By completing a reservation and/or participating in the experience, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
